Christi Henderson, LPC

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” - Carl Rodgers

Before becoming a therapist, I walked my own healing path of recovery. Continuing this journey of self-discovery allows me to pull from both education and experience, in walking alongside you in your unique healing process.

When I’m not in the therapist chair, you can find me enjoying time with my two precious daughters and spending quality time with my amazing friends and family.

Those letters next to my name (LPC) mean Licensed Professional Counselor. What that basically means, in non-educational lingo, is that I’m trained to help you get unstuck through listening, understanding, empathizing, and identifying solutions that lead to the change you want!

Wondering if I’d be a good fit for you?

Starting with a new counselor can bring up some fear. I know what that’s like as I’ve been there in search of my own personal counselor.

I want to make sure we’re a good fit for each other so hit that button below and fill out the form. I’ll get back to you and we’ll go from there!
